The PRT catches wind of a strange increase in disappeared domestic animals in the downtown area. Given that the people who live there are the rich and powerful, this is clearly a problem that needs to be investigated and solved immediately. "Hmm, well, the exciting part was supposed to be sort of a game of sorts, maybe start with a trigger story, and then have the kids suggest powers that that trigger could generate, with the appropriate drawbacks, and make a copy with those powers, and then maybe talk about the psychological aspect of it."

"Trigger stories aren't typically light fare."

"Nnnno, they aren't, but that's a bit of the point. It's, hmm, the kind of thing every cape goes through to get their powers, it's a way to understand why capes are the way they are a bit? Also to break a bit from the perpetual monotonous Be A Good Student, Don't Do Drugs, Don't Jaywalk talks these kids get."

"It's... bad PR, perhaps, that literally every superpowered person also happens to have some form of horrible trauma in their past."

"Yeah, I guess. But a lot of people who don't have powers have been through shit too."
